Overview

Nurse Practitioner • Clinic sees a mix of acute episodic, primary care, and occ health (work injuries). • Strong clinical support team, great work environment! Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (Can be 5 days a week if the candidate wants full time) • 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm (30 min meal break) Location: • Milwaukee, WI Required skills and experience: • Active NP License in the state of WI • 2+ years of experience in Family Practice or Occupational Health • Provider must have prescribing privileges (DEA) Preferred but not required: • Basic women's health (well woman exams) and basic peds. Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wisconsin (WI)
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nurse Practitioner
    • Family Practice
    • Primary Care
    • Occupational Health
    • Managing Chronic Conditions (thyroid, HTN, etc)
    • Annual Physical Exams
    • Well Woman Exams
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
