Overview

LPN -Urgent Need (Will consider a MA too) Primary Care Services for Allstate employees and dependents. Annual Physicals, sick visits, and immunizations. Partner with MD, APRN, PA, RN. Skills: EPIC, rooming, lab draw, vaccine administration, and general front desk duties. Schedule: Monday - 8am -5pm Tuesday - 8am -5pm Wednesday - 9am - 6pm Thursday - 8am -5pm Friday - 8am -5pm **Lunch period: 1-2pm Location: • Northbrook, IL Required skills and experience: • Active LPN License in the state of IL • Experienced in Phlebotomy • BLS Certification Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • phlebotomy
  • Primary Care
  • annual exams
  • Epic
  • vaccine administration
  • Front Desk Admin
