IT Systems Engineer

Overview

We are searching for an IT Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise and support, including the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware and software applications. This role will require 1-2 days per week of in office work to help support the Office hardware, networking and other initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting a wide variety of network and application issues in a Windows and AWS environment.   Top Skills: 1. Laptop/Client setup 2. Asset Management 3. MS Office 365 4. Network/Hardware/Application Troubleshooting 5. Excellent Verbal Communication Other responsibilities include responding to service requests through our ticketing system, email, in person, or Slack. Maintaining hardware inventory including ordering and shipping; and anticipating and reporting the cost of replacing or updating technical items. Key technologies used in this role include Office 365, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint, AWS Workspaces and Okta. MacOS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office 365 (3+ years)
