Overview

LPN Able to offer 30 hours a week from March 2nd-April 17th and then I would like them to stay on PRN after April 17th. Please review below schedule variations. PRN position for Primary care. No set hours for clinic. Hours depend of day of week and who is out. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7a-7p Friday 7a-4p Saturday 8a-12p Our providers work a range of hours and but all work 40 hours per week. We don’t have a lot of needs on Saturdays but I like to put it in the rec just in case we do have a call out. Most of the nurses plan their vacations around their Saturday. We have four full time provider and they rotate who closes at 7p once per week. We have four nurses who all work a slightly different schedule-Sample Schedule: Nurse 1- Monday 8a-7p. Tuesday 8a-430p. Wed 8a-430p Thursday 8a-430p Friday 7a-12p. Nurse 2- Monday Off Tuesday 7a-530p Wed 7a-530p Thursday 7a-7p Friday 7a-4p Nurse 3- Mon 7a-430p Tues 7a-12p Wed 9a-7p Thurs 8a-530p Friday 8a-4p Location: Greer, SC 29651 Required skills and experience: - LPN experience and flexible PRN schedule Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test (TB) within the last 12 months with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of the results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
• Are you vaccinated against HepB or have you had a titers test done recently with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of vaccination records or titers test results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Have you already spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over job details?

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in South Carolina (SC)
