Overview
Our client is seeking an EEG Tech to help support their growing team in Jackson, MI. This role will be responsible for maintaining patient safety while the patient is being monitored in the EMU (epilepsy monitoring unit) or while undergoing an 8 hour VEEG. The tech will also be responsible for ensuring electrode integrity, visually watching and tracking (via camera) epilepsy patients (2-8 patients) via monitors. Top Skills Required: • 6+ months of experience working in a Patient Care Environment • Active EEG Certification • If NOT EEG certified, candidate must have 2+ years of experience as an EEG tech • Active BLS Certifications • High School Diploma What you need to know: • Contract Position | Open to 8 OR 13 weeks • Night Shift | 4, 10hr shifts per week | Between 7pm-7am • No set schedule, providing coverage between Sunday - Saturday • No on call!

- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
