Overview
NP Family practice, acute care or Occupational Health Immediate coverage need!!! 5 days a week, no weekends, no evenings, no on-calll!! Clinic sees a mix of acute episodic, primary care, and occ health (work injuries). Provider must have prescribing privileges. Preferred but not required: basic women's health (well woman exams) and basic peds. Strong clinical support team, great work environment! Clinic hours are: M/Tu/Thurs: 8a-5p W/F: 7a-4p closed daily 12-1pm Location: Milwaukee, WI Required skills and experience: - WI NP License -Must be able to work all days listed in job details -Must have prescribing privileges Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Are you able to work all the dates/times listed in the job details?
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wisconsin (WI)
