Overview

Our client is seeking a Patient Scheduling Associate to help support their growing team in West Bloomfield, MI. This role will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments; responding to telephone inquiries from patients, physicians, employees and other internal and external customers regarding referrals and services offered. Top Skills Required: • 1-2 year of Patient Contact experience • 1+ year of experience with scheduling in Epic • Strong written and interpersonal skills • 25 wpm (MS Word) • Associates Degree What you need to know: • Contract Position | 3mo • Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Patient Contact expereince
    • Scheduling in Epic
  • Have you spoken with a Recruiter (via phone) about this position?
  • Are you willing and able to commit to the 3mo contract duration for this role?
Preferred
  • How many WPM (words per minute) can you type on MS Office?
