Overview
NP-Family Medicine Shift Schedule: • 6am-5pm Mon, wed, thursday Location: Mt. Sterling, IL This site is primary care ages 2 and up, biometrics, condition management, and light Occ Health. DOT certification highly preferred. This assignment may be extended based on sites needs Required: • Active NP certification in the state of IL (Family Practice BC) • Occupational health and family practice experience • This site is primary care ages 2 and up, biometrics, condition management, and light Occ Health. • DOT certification highly preferred. • This assignment may be extended based on sites needs Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Illinois (IL)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Epic
- Occupational Health
- Family Practice
- DOT certification
- condition management
- Primary Care
