Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT-MLT)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join their growing team in Salem, OR. This role will be responsible for providing information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses on blood, body fluid and other specimen types in the areas of Hematology, Chemistry and Urinalysis. Top Skills Required: • Experience in Chemistry and Hematology • MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), MLT (ASCP), or AMT certification • Bachelor's or Associates Degree What you need to know: • Fulltime | Monday - Friday (Core Business Hours) • No work on nights, holidays, weekends • Positive, supportive atmosphere • Onsite Position | Salem, OR • Full Benefits (Medical, Vision) • 401K + Contribution • Paid Company Holidays, PTO, Paid Sick Days

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • MT (ASCP)
  • MLS (ASCP)
  • MLT (ASCP)
  • AMT
• Chemistry and Hematology (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Sysmex
  • OCD Vitros
  • Orchard Harvest LIS
