Strong organizational skills and proven proficiency scheduling for a “full load” of hospital schedules Position Summary: Obtain clinician availability each month and prepare complete hospital schedules. Schedules must all be entered into the Company database and distribute (fax or email) to the appropriate staff, clinicians and hospital personnel. They must fill all open shifts and emergency openings as they arise. Scheduling Coordinators must also reconcile and track clinician work hours and additional compensation for all clinicians. They must also maintain proper contacted hours and contracted rate within system for proper reporting.
