Overview
Family Nurse Practitioner Job details: • Rochester Pipe Trades Clinic is a small Family Med Primary Care site with a FNP and RN on site. • The FNP needs to have the ability to function independently if the RN is out and the RN works independently (without office visits) under RN protocols. • FNP will see patients ages 2+ | 7-8 patients seen average per day The primary FNP is leaving the clinic as of 5/17/23, hoping to get a candidate in before she leaves to assist with training. ***This could be a temp to hire position Clinic Hours: • M/T/TH/F are 7a-4p • Wed 10a-7p. **There is an hour lunch and an additional hour of administrative time. **Closed Memorial day (5/29) and 4th of July (7/4) holidays Location: • 2222 18th Ave NW Suite 101. Rochester, MN 55901 Required skills and experience: • Active NP License in the state of MN • 2+ years of Family Practice experience • Ability to work independently • Experience treating patients 2 yrs and older Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Minnesota (MN)
