Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job details: • We are looking for a primary care provider to see all ages from newborn up. Schedule: •This person will work 4, 10hr shifts alternating Monday - Friday 60 minute lunch and 60 minutes of admin time each day. •This person will also cover 1-2 weekend days of urgent care per month, 8 am to 12 pm. ***We can take candidates willing to travel (will cover travel and rental car) Location: • 1993 Errecard BLVD, Elko, NV 89801 Required skills and experience: • Active NP or PA License in the state of NV • 2+ years of Primary Care experience • Experience treating patients (newborn and older) Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
  • Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details?
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nurse Practitioner
    • physician assistant
    • Primary Care
  • Do you have experience treating ages newborn and older?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Nevada (NV)
    • American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Nevada (NV)
