Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Details • Primary Care Office seeking NP or PA to fill in Full time • Company sponsored Clinic. • We see ages 2 to 65 , with Physical Therapy, Condition Management and other services on site. Schedule: •Open M,W,F from 7AM-4PM and Tue,Thur from 7AM-6PM (closed on Weekends) •Will work 8hrs/day (40hrs/week) Location: • 1906 8th St NW, Austin, MN 55912 Required skills and experience: • Active NP or PA License in the state of MN • 2+ years of Primary Care experience • Experience treating patients ages 2yrs - 65yrs Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
  • Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details?
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nurse Practitioner
    • Occupational Health
    • Primary Care
    • Physician Assistant
  • Do you have experience treating ages 2yrs and older?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Minnesota (MN)
    • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Minnesota (MN)
