One of the following credentials is required: •Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) •Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) •Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) •Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) •Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) Tell me about this job – •Coordinate the delivery of services to a dedicated caseload of 20-25 clients •Conduct initial evaluation process with the injured worker, employer, physician and other interested parties to ascertain the specific issues that prevent a return to work •Develop a comprehensive treatment plan of action with all interested parties to provide an expedient and efficient means to recovery and RTW, including implementation of early return to work or transitional work processes whenever possible *additional duties included in job description.
