Nurse Practitioner --Emergency Medicine & Occupational Health Job details: • EPIC EMR. •Occupational and Emergency Care •No primary care Clinic Hours: • Shift 8pm-630am Monday through Wednesday.** Location: • Princeton, IN Required skills and experience: • Active NP License in the state of IN • 2+ years of Emergency Medicine or Occupational Health • Ability to work independently Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Indiana (IN)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Occupational Health
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Epic
