Overview
Executive Director Principal Accountabilities: • Own the business as if it were her his/her financial plan and personal investment • Proactively strategize and adjust business plans according to market changes and challenges • Build a cohesive team focused on communication and commitment to the company vision • Do whatever it takes to meet and exceed the budget and other critical metrics Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related Human Services field • Minimum of 10 years healthcare leadership experience • Experience overseeing 5+ teams (mix of clinical, sales, and business development) and managing a large census of patients (200+) • Healthcare experience required
