Overview
PA Schedule: • Hours would be Wednesday 8AM to 4PM. Every other Saturday from 8AM to noon. Possible, Friday 1/2 day from 8A to 12P •Additionally, could pick up more hours if a provider is out. If this arrangement is a good fit with clinic we can explore a permanent position. The primary FNP is leaving the clinic as of 5/17/23, hoping to get a candidate in before she leaves to assist with training. ***This could be a temp to hire position Location: • Charleston, WV Required skills and experience: • Active PA License in the state of WV • 2+ years of PA experience • Ability to work independently • Occupational Health or Primary Care experience Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in West Virginia (WV)
