- Program Therapist Manager – Onsite in Denver, CO – Eating Disorders with Child and Adolescents Age Group - Schedule: M-F 8:30a-4:40pm, On call weekend rotation (More Admin call) - Compensation starting range for the Program Therapist Manager role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually - Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience How you’ll serve our patients As a Program Therapist Manager, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. The Program Therapist Manager hires, onboards, trains, inspires and supervises Program Therapists. Program Therapists are an integral part of the treatment and care of our patients. Managers oversee these teammates and work to ensure the quality of care patients receive. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: • Provides leadership for group therapy services, provide feedback regarding the curriculum, supervise and manage program therapists, track and monitor service implementation to ensure high-quality, relevant, patient-centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals • Recruits, trains and assists teammates in setting individual goals and objectives. Promotes a positive and supportive work environment and provides continuing support in helping teammates to accomplish their goals, as well as in work methods, processes, policies and procedures. Conducts performance appraisals and counsels teammates on performance issues • Provides leadership of program therapists to maximize coordination and collaboration among teammates, troubleshoot challenges and identify and implement new service strategies • Monitors and establishes systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services • Develops and implements onboarding and training protocols Must haves • Master's degree in mental health field required • Active state independent clinical license (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or similar license) required • Must be an approved supervisor by licensing board or is able to obtain this within 3 months of hire, required • 2+ years of supervision and management experience preferred • Experience working in higher levels of care preferred
