Type of agency staff needed: - Nurse Practitioner Dates & times of coverage needed: - Tuesday & Wednesday (8 hrs per day) - 16 hours per week Health Center Name: - Land O’Lakes Wellness Center - Arden Hills, MN Health Center Address: - 4001 Lexington Ave N - Arden Hills, MN 55126 Date: - ASAP Scope of Services: - Primary care – routine physicals including school/camp, condition management - Sick visits – respiratory, injuries, infections etc. - Wellness Event Planning – Help plan wellness events in coordination with Health Center Manager and attend onsite events/help as event host
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Minnesota (MN)
