Overview

Our client is seeking a RN (Telehealth) to join their growing, remote support team! This role will be responsible for providing patient-focused care and guidance on the phone or online, including assessing needs, delivering or directing to the appropriate level of care, identifying potential health problems and influencing people to make better health decisions! About the Role: - This position is completely Remote! - RN will answer calls from patients to handle a WIDE variety of issues (as they support patients for over 200 clients) - Issues can range from patient stubbing a toe and breaking it, covid related, chest pain, etc. - Patients will call the RN to discuss their issue and what kind of treatment is needed to help them make a better decision about if they need to physically go in to see a doctor or an emergency room. -RN will also have a lot of virtual support if needed from Managers, other team members, and more. - Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English) are nice to have! Please Note: - They are NOT looking for RN's in Utilization Management settings - RN's NEED to have direct patient care experience for this position (i.e. ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, and or Tele - Health, Telephonic Triage) --------- Location: - Remote - Candidates MUST reside in one of the following states - AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY Comp Range: - $34/hr - Bilingual Candidates: + $1/hr - Differential Pay for Shifts: $3/hr (Pending which shifts qualify) Hours: - Fulltime | 40hrs per week - Schedules are already set in stone (see below) - Please have candidate indicate what shift they would prefer Interview Process: - 1-2 weeks (depending on the candidates availability) - Relode sends candidate Application Link to complete - Candidate completes Internet Speed Test - RN Assessment is Sent - Zoom Interview (with HR Manager) - Zoom Interview (with Nurse Leader) - Offer/Hire Hiring Timeline: - 1-2 weeks - Depending on the candidates availability to start! Training Notes: - Training is 2-3 weeks, with the first two weeks during daytime hours.  - 100% Attendance is required. - Training is done in a virtual, interactive classroom setting. --------- SCHEDULE OPTIONS: - Candidate must choose 1 schedule - Please outline in the Review Summary which shift candidate prefers - Hiring Manager will also discuss shifts with candidates during the interview process. FIXED SCHEDULES: (All in CST) - Schedule 2: Tuesday - Saturday | 3:30pm - 12am | 8.5hrs (with 30min break) - Schedule 3: Tuesday - Saturday | 4:30pm - 1am | 8.5hrs (with 30min break) - Schedule 7: Wednesday - Saturday | 6:30pm - 4:00am | 10.5hrs (with 30min break) - Schedule 8: Tuesday - Wednesday & Friday - Saturday | 7:00pm - 5:30am | 10.5hrs (with 30min break) ALTERNATING WEEKLY SCHEDULES: (All in CST) - Schedule 6: **Alternating weekly schedules - Week 1: Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday | 5:00pm - 3:30am | 10.5hrs (with 30min break) - Week 2: Tuesday - Friday | | 5:00pm - 3:30am | 10.5hrs (with 30min break) Please NOTE: - If we're going to submit candidate, I will send them an application link directly to complete (all Recruiters will be cc'd on the email so we can ensure those applications are completed).

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
