Physical Therapist (part time)

Overview

We are seeking part time PT coverage in Lemont, IL to cover for a maternity leave for the below dates at UWC Lemont. Mostly Mon/Wed and every other Friday. We have a few Wednesdays already covered during the months of Sept/Oct/Nov. See dates, times and address below. Staff needed: - Physical Therapist Location: - UWC Lemont Address: - 15900 W. 127th Street, Ste 221A - Lemont, IL 60439 Schedule: - M/W 8am - 5pm (1 hr lunch) - T/Th 9am - 7pm (1 hr lunch) - F 8am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch) Dates Needed: - July 31 - August 2, 4, 7, 9, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 28, 30 - September 1, 6, 11, 13, 15, 18, 25, 29 - October 2, 9, 13, 16, 23, 25, 27, 30 Scope of Services: - general Number of patients (per day): - 1-3 Other staff on-site: - Health Center Manager, Mid Required skills and experience: - Any amount of experience will suffice. Ideally 2 years in a similar work environment. Would take new grads as well. What you need to know: - Hourly rates are negotiable - Candidate will have to take a drug screen before starting - Very fast hire cycle Interview process: - One round with the Cerner Team (phone) - One physical in office visit to meet Team Additional job details: - n/a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) in Illinois (IL)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Illinois (IL)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) in Illinois (IL)
