LPN *2 openings Primary Care Facility Phlebotomy skills a plus Bilingual a plus Epic EMR experience a plus Shifts: M-F 8-5pm (60 min meal break) **Possible temp to hire - would like to find the right candidate for a permanent position. Location: • Fort Smith, AR Required skills and experience: • Active LPN License in the state of AR • Experienced in Phlebotomy is preferred • Be able to work in a fast paced environment and keep up with busy schedules and needs of medical providers, possess critical thinking skills, and work cooperatively as a team member. • BLS Certification Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Arkansas (AR)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- phlebotomy
- vaccine administration
- Primary Care
