As a SR Director of Business Development, you will be part of growing one of the most dynamic consultative sales teams in Information Risk Management and Cybersecurity. Our company is evolving and growing rapidly, and we are leading the market though visionary, innovative thinking. You must be able to stay ahead of the business and adapt to change. Who you are… • Knowledgeable. You know HIPAA, the Healthcare Industry and understand risk analysis, risk response and risk management. NIST, GRC, CIA (not superspies!), CFR are acronyms you recognize. If you don't have this knowledge, PLEASE do not apply. • Strategic Consultant. Strategic thinker, able to navigate complex customer pain points, and be able to offer recommendations. • Self-motivated Salesperson. You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring new customers to Clearwater and maximize revenue. You are fearless, but personable and honest. • Experienced. 7 or more year’s success in SaaS and consulting services sales consulting. • Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. Further, you know how to communicate effectively both via phone, and face to face, and in our email age, via writing. • Filled with Conviction and Commitment. You have an unwavering belief that Clearwater's software and services will help the C-Suite sleep better at night. • The Hardest Worker You Know. Impeccable work ethic is a must for our streamlined team, especially as we rapidly MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing a geographic territory and owning it as though it were your own franchise • Explaining to hospital and health system leadership, the power and value of the company's Cyber Risk Services™ • Conveying the benefits, features, and application of the company's IRM|Pro™ software platform • Driving customer success, sales methodology and sales success in support of exceptional quarterly and annual sales achievement.
