Overview

NP Occupational Health EMR is Epic OHM Health center is staffed with RN's 24/5 Occupational Health Center with light primary care for ages 2+. Surveillance exams, vaccinations, laceration repairs and management of OH injury and illness Will consider someone with ER background. Remote Medical Director available for consults via phone, and zoom for all injury/ illnesses. Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm (30 min lunch) Location: 9377 N US Highway 301 Whitakers, NC 27891 Required skills and experience: • Active NP license in NC • 2+ years of Occupational Health, Primary Care (will also consider ER) Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina (NC)
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nurse Practitioner
    • Primary Care
    • Occupational Health
    • Epic
