Nurse Practitioner

Overview

NP -Acute care preferred Need coverage on the following days: M: 10:30-6:30p Tues: 7:30-4:30p Wed: 7:30-4:30p Fri: 10:30-6:30p Facility does primarily acute care visits at this time. EPIC is the EMR. Phlebotomy experience preferred, but not required Location: Spencer, MA 01562 Required skills and experience: • Active NP license in MA • 2+ years of Acute care or Primary care experience (acute preferred) Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Massachusetts (MA)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Primary Care
  • Epic
  • Acute Care
