Overview

Overview: Registered Nurses working in our clients program administer in-home care to short-term rehab patients, providing high quality nursing care to meet the needs of the patient and managing the delivery of cost effective multidisciplinary health care services for a caseload of patients--all consistent with their philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. Works under moderate supervision. What you need to know: - Shift is 5 days a week, 430pm-1230am and Saturday is a must in the schedule but flexible with the other days. - This role has a driver who will provide transportation to the candidate - The role needs someone with strong hands on care (wound care, monitor patients, assessment, medsurg is a plus) - Shift Premium 12% 6p - 12a - Must have 1+ years of experience working in a hospice, ICU, ED or MedSurg setting - Will be working with end of life/hospice patients - Will be doing 2-3 in home hospice visits per day - Interview process is one Zoom/Teams video interview with the Clinical Field Manager or Branch Director - Will not hire new grads/new nurses with less than 12months of experience - Extensive 2-4 weeks of orientation - Must have RN license in NY - Salary ranges from 97k - 122k - Parking and other expenses necessary will be reimbursed - $12,000 sign on bonus. $5000 will be paid out at the end of the first month and the remaining $7000 will be paid out after 12 months Salary Information - Base - $97,100 - $750 per year of clinical experience - Bachelors - $1700 - Masters - $1950 - Any nursing certification like wound care, pediatrics, psychiatrics, etc. - $1300 - Eligible for a 3-4% raise each year

  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Hospice
    • Medical/Surgical (MedSurg)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
