Overview

This hospital is in need of a Trauma Surgery NP or PA for immediate coverage. This is an URGENT need! Facility will emergency credential. --Start date: ASAP. Willing to accept any availability. --Shifts vary - 4 types: day, night, ICU, and backup --Not doing daily rounding on patients, just responding to traumas --EMR: Epic Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process: All medical licenses -DEA -Board Certification -Life support cards- BLS -Driver’s license -Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS NCCPA/AANP- Required Active ID license - REQUIRED ACLS - Required Clean malpractice, no background - Required for fast credentialing Local candidates - HIGHLY PREFERRED CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS -ACLS (AHA) -Board Certified STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS -Idaho

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Are you fully vaccinated against covid19?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in Idaho (ID)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) in Idaho (ID)
    • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Idaho (ID)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Epic
    • Surgery - Trauma
  • Are you able to work all of the dates/times listed in the job description?
  • Have you spoken to a Relode recruiter on the phone about all the job details?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Board Certified
    • Regular Driver License (DL)
    • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
