Physician - Hospitalist - Oncology

Overview

This Cancer Care Center is looking for a provider to help with ongoing sporadic coverage! DETAILS: Practice Setting (Inpatient/ICU/Rounding/Admitting)? --Inpatient rounding, admitting, consulting Shift hours: 8 am – 5 pm (no call) Patient Population for Required Coverage? --Inpatient Oncology unit – both oncology and hematology patients Support staff - Do APPs Provide Coverage? --No, although outpatient Oncologists available for any support or questions. Inpatient or Outpatient coverage? --Inpatient Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? --No Documentation System/EMR? --EPIC Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, TNCC, etc.)? --Board Certification as Medical Oncologist/Hematologist, BLS Locum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication. --90 day credentialing timeframe SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS -Board Certified Medical Oncology OR Medical Oncology/Hematology - **Required, can no longer consider IM with experience. -ID license in hand - Required -CSR, DEA - Required -Availability at time of name clear - Required -Clean background/malpractice - Required -Local, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED **Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - Required** CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS -BLS -Board Certified STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Idaho

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Are you fully vaccinated against covid19?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Board Certified in Idaho (ID)
  • Medical Doctor (MD) in Idaho (ID)
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Idaho (ID)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Idaho (ID)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Epic
  • Oncology
  • Hematology
• Are you able to work all of the dates/times listed in the job description (including on call via phone)?
• Have you spoken to a Relode recruiter on the phone about all the job details?
