Overview

RN -Med Surg (Nights) Job Details: -Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important. -Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. -Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care. -Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized and revised, as appropriate. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of Med Surg experience - Required Tele Trained- Required travel - Preferred BLS- Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS License must be active at time of submission!

Qualifications

• Are you fully vaccinated against covid19?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan (MI)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Michigan (MI)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Telemetry
  • Medical/Surgical (MedSurg)

• Bachelor's degree or higher
