Overview
RN EMR is Epic OHM Health center is staffed with RN's 24/5 Occupational Health Center with light primary care for ages 2+. Surveillance exams, vaccinations, laceration repairs and management of OH injury and illness Remote Medical Director available for consults via phone, and zoom for all injury/ illnesses. Schedule: Nights Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm-7:15am (30 min lunch) Location: 856 Fair Street Mineral Point, WI 53565 Required skills and experience: • Active RN license in WI • 2+ years of Occupational Health, Primary Care (will also consider ER) Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin (WI)
