Qualifications

Required
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado (CO)

  • Patient Care (2+ years)
Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
    • Psychiatric and Mental Health
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Overview

What you need to know: - Compensation: $40-$48/hr - 3 12 hour shifts, 6pm-6:30am - Working with adult eating disorder - Assisting with tube feed, chart audits, incident reports, replying to emergency reports - Any nurse that has 5+ years of RN experience - Can have less than 5 years if they have MegSurg or Mental health experience Perks: - Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities - Support for internal growth and career advancement - Comprehensive benefit plans - Generous Paid Time Off - 401(K) with company match - Tuition reimbursement Qualifications: - State Licensure as an RN - Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience Responsibilities: As a Nurse Manager at our client's treatment facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards Providing supervision, day-to-day guidance, consultation, trainings, and leadership to employees Participating in program development and implementation of operation policy and procedure Determining staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and staff availability Monitoring and coordinating the daily patient care activities of the unit under the direction of the nursing leadership team Bonus Qualities: Experience working with mental health patients preferred Supervisory experience preferred Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) preferred Company Information: Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing clinical leader in the behavioral health sector.
