Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring efficient and effective unit operations, including managing supplies and staffing adjustments when needed. Directly supervising nursing team performance of duties. Completing monthly audits and checklists to maintain compliance with policies and procedures. Ensuring unit compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements, including reviewing and following up on incident reports. Acting as a resource and primary point of contact for clinical questions, policies, and procedures. Assisting teammates with patient care responsibilities, including milieu and crisis management. Providing direct patient care as necessary.
