Overview

NP Occupational Health The facility is located on the Hudson River, steps from the ferry from NYC. It is also easily accessed on the Hudson Light Rail, Lincoln Harbor stop. There is parking nearby, adjacent to the building for $20 / daily. The Health Center, which is in the lobby next to the CVS/Caremark. Site documentation is through the EPIC platform, otherwise paper charting. Approximate visit volume: 75-80/month NP/RN visits and services include: • Minor Acute / Urgent Care • Occupational injuries • Health Education • Travel medicine • Venipunctures & Vaccinations • Preventive Care / Health Promotion • EAP Referrals • Maintenance of confidentiality • Primary Care (not with covering provider) Schedule: Tues-Fri 8am-4:30pm (60 min lunch) Location: UBS Employee Health Center 1200 Harbor Blvd Weehawken NJ 201-273-9822 Required skills and experience: • Active NP license in NJ • 2+ years of Occupational Health, ER or Urgent Care Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New Jersey (NJ)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Urgent Care
