NP - Primary Care

Overview

NP Primary Care we are looking for an NP to work Mon-Thurs We work with the corporate staff population of Liberty Mutual and would like our covering providers to have primary care experience including but not limited to the following: • Annual physicals • Biometric screenings • Immunizations • Lab services including phlebotomy skills • Preventive health exams • Referral coordination • Travel medicine • Vaccinations • Virtual health • Women’s health Would love to invite to shadow current provider prior to start of contract between 8/21 and 9/5 At least 2 years of NP experience preferred. Schedule: Mon-Thursday 8am-4:30pm (30 min lunch) Location: 175 Berkeley St Boston, MA Required skills and experience: • Active NP license in MA • 2+ years of Primary Care Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Massachusetts (MA)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Primary Care
