CRNA - Anesthesia LOCATION Findlay OH JOB TYPE Perm OPENINGS 1 Job Description: •Welcome new grads, strong mentoring and support •Not accepting Locums providers •Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills •Self-scheduling, 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14 •Care team model with medical direction 1:3, sometimes 1:4 •Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired •Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support •Cardiac experience and interest a plus •Trauma, Interventional Cardiology, Cardio Thoracic Surgery, ENT, General Surgery, GI, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Pulm Critical Care, Podiatry, Urology, healthy Pediatrics •150 bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, (3) da Vinci surgical robots Compensation and Benefits: •240hrs vacation/CME, plus 6 paid holidays & 8 hrs birthday pay •Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification up to $3,500/year •Relocation, student loan, signing bonus negotiable •Medical Insurance, Life Insurance + Long Term Disability Insurance + Malpractice Insurance •403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuity SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS By submitting your applicant to this need you are acknowledging that you have checked and have no inclination that your candidate has applied directly to this position. Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Ohio (OH)
  • Board Certified in Ohio (OH)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Ohio (OH)
• Master's degree or higher
