PA General Surgery - NIGHTS (Contract) LOCATION Springfield, MA 01101 Shift: Nights 8pm-7:30pm DESCRIPTION This Medical Center is seeking a General Surgery PA for a 6 month assignment starting as soon as credentialing, with the possibility to extend. •Hospital Based •No call, one provider for nights, one provider for days. *DAY SHIFT PROVIDER POSITION FILLED* •EMR: Epic •90k annual ER volume •Description of OR Staff: 7 PA's 10 Physicians, full complement of everything else •Patient population: adolescent/adult/geri •Inpatient •A mix of gen surg/bariatric surg/some vascular and some gyn surg SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS NCCPA - Required MA license at the time of submission - REQUIRED, no exceptions Experience required, no new grads Prefers local providers, but will reimburse for full travel if needed. Covid Vaccinated - Required

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Epic
    • PA-General Surgery
    • Emergency Room
  • Valid National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in Massachusetts (MA)
  • Are you fully vaccinated against Covid19?
