Qualifications

• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Michigan (MI)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • CT Tech
  • Philips
  • Venipuncture and Contrast
  • 3D imaging
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• High School/GED

Overview

CT Tech - Imaging 13 Week Contract DESCRIPTION In accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures, performs computerized axial tomography procedures on adult patients under the guidance of a radiologist. Venipuncture and Contrast Administration Validation within one month of hire date. Ability to work as a contributing member of a highly functioning, cooperative and efficient team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS --2+ years of CT experience - Required --Philips experience - Required --ARRT (CT) Certification - Required --Experienced with Venipuncture and Contrast - Required --3D imaging experience - Highly preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS --ARRT --BLS (AHA) ABOUT THE FACILITY: This is the largest cancer research and provider network in Michigan and has 15 treatment locations. Cancer patients have increased access to advanced cancer care in communities throughout the state. This provides an extra level of comfort and peace of mind to patients and their families, knowing they can receive the best care locally. Nurse to patient ratio: 1:4 Dress code: Matching Scrubs HOURS PER DAY 8 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 weeks SHIFT NOTES Monday through Friday. The shifts may start at 7am, 8am or 9am for eight hours daily- 40 hour guarantee
