Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray LOCATION Owosso, MI JOB TYPE Perm OPENINGS 1 DESCRIPTION Interview Process: Phone screen first, possible second phone screen with manager, In-person interview. The Radiologic Technologist (Registered) performs specialized technical duties that require the ability to set up radiography equipment, position patients, and acquire diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures for the detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology in a variety of settings including surgery and portable x-ray. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registered - Required Two year allied health degree - Preferred A second advanced modality registry (i.e. CT, Mammography, Bone Densitometry, etc.) - Preferred 2 years of experience as an ARRT registered radiologic technologist - Strongly Preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ARRT DURATION DESCRIPTION Permanent Position SHIFT NOTES This is a 64 hour per pay period position working every other weekend 7:30 - 4pm and during the week 11:00 - 7:30pm. WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS Every Other Weekend

Qualifications

Required
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Michigan (MI)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Michigan (MI)
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • A second advanced modality registry
    • radiologic technologist
