What you need to know: - 723 Delaware St Pavilion M, Denver, CO 80204 - Schedule: 3 12hr shifts, rotating weekends 6p-6a NIGHTS - $7500 SOB for RNs - RN must have experience working with patients with eating disorders - RN must have experience working in a mental health setting Pay Structure: 1. New Grads: $36 - New hire out of school. Does not have on the job experience. Has not yet acquired skills and knowledge in many areas of responsibility 2. Entry Level: $37-$38 - Has 1-3 years' experience working as an RN. Acquired basic experience, skills and knowledge but will refer more complex issues to higher level/more experienced staff 3. Moderate Experience: $39-$40.75 - 2-4 years of experience as an RN performing essential functions of the role 4. Fully Experienced: $41 - $44.25 - Has at least 4 years of consistent experience performing the essential functions of the role and can hit the ground running with this position Minimum Requirements: CO LPN or RN License (Clean/Active) Preferred exp: -Behavioral health exp preferred -Acute care STRONGLY Preferred Job Duties: - Perform a full range of psychiatric nursing services including planning, administering and evaluating patient care in accordance with treatment plans - Conduct and document a thorough assessment of patients’ medical status upon admission and throughout the patients’ course of treatment - Administer medical treatment as prescribed by the physician - Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, problems and needs - Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient - Demonstrated skill in the delivery of patient care as a member of the therapeutic team - Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis Interview Info: - The client has the same interview schedule each week for these positions - One, 30 minute virtual interview with Nurse Managers Interview times: - M and W from 2-4pm

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado (CO)
