Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Eating Disorders
    • Trauma
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland (MD)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland (MD)
    • LPC in Maryland (MD)
Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    • Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT)
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Overview

What you need to know: - Monday - Friday, will require evening hours 3x per week for IOP level of care - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, residential and partial hospitalization and will work with Adults and Child and Adolescents - Licenses accepted: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT - $91-$110k based on experience - $20,000 sign-on bonus Primary Therapist III Must haves: - At least 5 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma related disorders - Some experience supervising other clinicians - Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases Qualifications: Primary Therapist I: $91-$110k Master’s or Doctorate Degree in counseling or related field Experience with individual/family therapy preferred How you’ll serve our patients: As a Primary Therapist at our client, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. The Primary Therapists Conducts individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders. Our Primary Therapists develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: - Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy - Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load: - Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments - Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members - Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including: - Treatment plans - Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes - Wellness plan and aftercare plan - Discharge summary - Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary team
