Overview

CMA Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Location: Chandler, AZ Required skills and experience: • Active CMA license in AZ • 2+ years Primary Care preferred • Strong phlebotomy skills required •Rooming,injections, EKG •experience in Epic EMR a plus Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Arizona (AZ)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• High School/GED

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Occupational Health
  • phlebotomy
