Overview

RN-Contract --Looking for a RN that has experience with EPIC and phlebotomy. --Busy clinic looking for help with Checking in/out patients, making appointments, rooming patients, getting vitals, taking meds and history, giving immunizations and drawing labs. --Customer Service and Team Attitude is a must. --We are willing to teach EPIC, but Customer Service and Phlebotomy skills are a must. Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm (30 min break) Location: 5910 Mineral Point Rd Madison, WI Required skills and experience: • Active RN license in WI • 2+ years of RN experience working in Primary care • BLS (AHA) • Looking for a RN that has experience with EPIC and phlebotomy. • Busy clinic looking for help with Checking in/out patients, making appointments, rooming patients, getting vitals, taking meds and history, giving immunizations and drawing labs. • Customer Service and Team Attitude is a must. Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
• Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details?
• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Epic
  • Customer Service (CS)
  • Patient scheduling
  • phelbotomy
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin (WI)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Wisconsin (WI)
