Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient LOCATION Peterborough, NH JOB TYPE Temp OPENINGS 1 START DATE 1/15/2024 Please note: THIS NEED IS FOR A JANUARY 15, 2024 START ONLY. Summary: Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients EMR: McKesson Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift. Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required - NO NEW GRADS Inpatient experience - Preferred Profile Requirements: Cover page, if applicable (not required) Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs) CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS New Hampshire Compact Allowed ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS NH License preferred, Compact state will also be considered DURATION DESCRIPTION 12 Weeks SHIFT NOTES 4- 5 days a week; 32 hrs guaranteed, can be scheduled for 40hrs/week as traveler is available

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Physical Therapy
  • Inpatient Facility
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in New Hampshire (NH)
