Occupation: - Physical Therapist Location: - TTM Technologies Address: - 234 Cashman Drive, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, 54726 Schedule: - December 4 - February 23 (3 days perweek) - Monday 8am-4:30pm - Tuesday 6:30am-3pm - Thursday 7am-3:30pm Timeline to Hire: - 2 step interview process - First with Relode Job Manager, Second with Hiring Manager (Jennifer) Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in out-patient/general orthopedic physical therapy - Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (in Wisconsin) - Qualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program. Job Responsibilities: - Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries - Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs - Efficiently identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for patient re-evaluation. - The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services with a focus around work-related injuries and risk factors, as well as an emphasis placed on health and wellness and preventative care. - Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities. - Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health.

Qualifications

• Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) in Wisconsin (WI)
• Orthopedic (2+ years)
• Have you received both doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine?
