Overview

CMA This person will be responsible for all biometric screenings in the health center Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8am-12pm Location: One Cameron Hill Chattanooga, TN Required skills and experience: • Active CMA license in TN • 2+ years of CMA experience requires. •Occupational Health or Primary Care preferred • Strong phlebotomy skills required Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? If you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO. **Please note, if you are hired, you must provide a copy of these results before you can officially start.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES. **Please note, if you are hired, you must provide a copy of these results before you can officially start.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Tennessee (TN)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

• High School/GED
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Occupational Health
  • Primary Care

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • phlebotomy
  • CMA
  • biometric screenings
