Field Based Member Enrollment Representative

Overview

Position: Field Based Member Enrollment Representative The Field Based Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for engaging with hard to reach, high acuity patients and helping them access our organization’s medical professionals. Roles and Responsibilities • Engage in initial and continuous outreach to high-risk patients, in-person to help educate them about the Our program and/or ensure they are accessing the program’s benefits • Communicate the benefits of the program to eligible members and overcome objections • Extensive daily driving required - most of the day is spent visiting community members, in their home and connecting them with care providers • Provide warm handoffs to the assigned clinicians and customer support when a member is agreeable to the program and ensure the initial enrollment appointment is scheduled and successfully completed Position Requirements • These positions are located throughout NJ. • Heavy Travel – This role is on the road every day. • Valid driver’s license and access to a car is required • 2+ years’ experience working in healthcare, sales, outreach, engagement, and/or enrollment campaigns • Experience meeting or exceeding weekly quota goals Benefits • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative value-based provider organization that is transforming the delivery of kidney care • Competitive rate of pay

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• Sales (2+ years)
