LPN-Medical Office LOCATION: Peterborough NH SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years Medical Office experience - Required Phone Triage experience - Required Excellent organizational skills - Required Previous travel experience - Preferred Profile Requirements: Cover page, if applicable (not required) Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs) *Please Note: --Covid Vaccination required for this need. --Traveler must be able to float between one or two locations (Peterborough, Antrim, or Jaffrey). EMR EClinicalWorks HOURS PER DAY 8 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 weeks SHIFT NOTES Monday-Friday, 8-hour, Must Float between one or two locations as needed 40 hr Guarantee WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS No Weekends/ Holidays as needed

Qualifications

Required
  • High School/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • medical office
    • phone triage
    • LPN
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Hampshire (NH)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in New Hampshire (NH)
  • Are you fully vaccinated against covid19?
