Overview

CMA Schedule: Tues-Thurs 8am-4:30 pm (30 min lunch break) Currently need a certified medical assistant to help with front desk activities, room patients and collect vitals, perform point of care testing, give immunizations and phlebotomy. Previous clinic work and EPIC required. Pay rate: Can be flexible Location: Madison, WI Required skills and experience: • Active CMA license in WI • 2+ years of Occupational Health or Primary Care preferred • Previous clinic work and EPIC experience required Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
  • Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details?
  • High School/GED
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Wisconsin (WI)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Wisconsin (WI)
Preferred
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Primary Care
    • Occupational Health
    • phlebotomy
    • Customer Service (CS)
    • Medical Assistant
    • Epic
