Overview
LPN URGENT LPN need for 2+month assignment or until FT RN hired Varied daily shift hours: Monday 12:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday 12:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday 12:00pm-5:00pm Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Friday 8:00am-12:00pm (Monday thru Thursday 30 min lunch) Job duties: Lab drawing, triaging patients, entering documentation on patients in EPIC, working with the physicians and assistance with client special request (ex: flu clinic at the plant) DOT UDS certified CPR certification (hands on for premise) Patients are from 2 year old and above Location: Owensboro, KY Required skills and experience: • Active LPN license in KU • 2+ years of Occupational Health or Primary Care preferred • PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months • Vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn • Epic experience preferred Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
- Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?

- Associate degree or higher
