LPN - Behavioral Health LOCATION Pittsfield, MA JOB TYPE Temp OPENINGS 1 START DATE 11/13/2023 Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color Facility info: This Recovery Center specializes in the medical detoxification and treatment of individuals 18 years of age and older struggling from opiate, alcohol, benzodiazepine, or prescription drug addiction. Individuals seeking care are provided medical supervision while receiving inpatient withdrawal treatment. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS --2+ years current experience in substance abuse --AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. --Five 8hr shifts. 40hr guarantee - No accommodations (10's or 12's) will be considered for this need. Profile Requirements: --Work History --Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year --1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) --License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs) CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Massachusetts ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS MA license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license HOURS PER DAY 8 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 weeks SHIFT NOTES 8 hr Nights 40hr guarantee 3pm-11:30pm (evenings) WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS Every other weekend/Every other holiday
